3. Use of Services
- BorderGuru determines the means of transportation at its sole discretion.
- We only deliver to eligible shipping destinations and do not service P.O. boxes, extraterritorial regions, or equivalent locations.
- Clients may be provided with an API interface for integration, which may be subject to a separate software license agreement.
4. Responsibilities & Limitations
BorderGuru is not responsible for delays or failures in service caused by:
- Incomplete or inaccurate customer or shipment information.
- Client’s failure to meet its contractual obligations.
- Customs clearance delays due to missing or incorrect documentation.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
- Any confidential business information shared between parties shall remain protected.
- BorderGuru may process and store personally identifiable information (PII) solely for providing its services and complying with legal requirements.
- Client is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all provided data and represents that such disclosure complies with applicable laws and privacy policies.
